TERMS OF SERVICE
“Terms of service are rules by which one must agree to abide in order to use a service.”Listed below are my terms of service, which by commissioning me you are agreeing that you have read and understood these terms. Violating any of these terms may result in me banning you from any future slots or doing any type of business with me again. In extreme cases legal action may be taken.I have the right to refuse any requests.

PAYMENT, REFUNDS & BIDDING
♡ I only accept USD through PAYPAL. I will send an INVOICE.♡ You must pay upfront before I start any commission work unless a payment plan is discussed. I will ask for references of previous payment plans if you're looking for this option.♡ Full refunds will only be granted before the LINEWORK phase. I always do a rough sketch first and send that as a WIP. If you need to cancel for any reason that would be the time. Your forfeit sketch may be repurposed.♡ Do NOT make false bids, if you do, it will result in you being banned from bidding on my future adopts or YCH.♡ Do NOT charge back, please DM me and we can discuss it.♡ Complicated Designs, wings, markings, and so on may result in an EXTRA charge.♡ You are allowed ONE minor revision after you see the final product. This must be requested in the first 24 hours of receiving the final piece before it will result in an extra charge. This does not apply to any mistakes I made such as markings, colors or so on.♡ I DO NOT SUPPORT NFTS.
YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO TURN ANY OF MY WORK INTO NFTS.

GENERAL TOS
♡ Once purchasing a character from me you're free to edit or use it any way you see fit. You simply must credit me for the design and the original artwork.♡ You are free to repost your commission/design anywhere with credit♡ You are allowed to use commissions for ANY personal use, which includes cropping, printing it out, putting it on a pillow. Whatever you want, as long as it is for your personal use and not commercial use or NFTs.♡ I post my art publicly to my art accounts. If you would like a PRIVATE commission please do discuss this AHEAD of time. All NSFW art is kept private at this time, but that is subject to change at some point.♡ If you are ordering anything NSFW/SUGGESTIVE you must be 18+ and all characters involved must be as well. I have a right to refuse any NSFW requests.♡ My current turnaround times are 2-4 months, most art is completed well before this and you're free to check my queue for updates or DM me for updates. I only ask that you respect my time and understand this is a business transaction, so your messages will be treated as such. VTUBER ASSETS & CREDIT
♡ Vtuber/PNG models, emotes and any other assets MUST be credited in your info sections.♡ If you plan on selling any of my artwork you MUST pay me a commercial fee, my standard commissions are for personal use only. You do NOT have permission to sell my artwork and profit off of it without paying for the license to do so.♡ If you are using my art in promotional images, headers or icons you must still credit somewhere. It doesn't have to be in the same post but I expect it to be findable.♡ My unfinished sketches and work should not be used for commercial or public use, they are sent as WIPS and I don't want them used as a representation of my work. You as my commissioner are free to save WIPS but please do not distribute them to the public.

FRQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I have to have a reference to commission you?
Yes, unless it is a design/reference commission I will NOT work with verbal descriptions. You must have some sort of visual reference for me to see your character.Do you do LGBT+ Themes?
Absolutely. My brand is all about inclusivity. As a lesbian artist myself, I support every aspect of the LGBT+ community and will do my very best to make all my clients feel comfortable and safe while working with me.Do you draw furries and humans?
Yep! I can draw monster girls, furries, pokemon, and so on. You can ask about anything you are unsure about.Do you draw NSFW / Kink Content?
Yes but with hard limits. I will draw NSFW art, and I will draw some kink material. I will draw horror and gore without any issues. Suggestive cosplay/costume-type things are 100% fine as well as BDSM elements. Again my NSFW art is not posted publicly as I maintain a rather SFW brand. You can DM me to discuss your idea.
